Red Lady

Hardown Hill in Dorset on 4 July 2020 with low cloud billowing across: “as if this earth in fast thick pants were breathing” (‘Kubla Khan’).

I was taking some video when a woman in a red coat walked into shot. She walked round the path and reappeared in front of me. The whole encounter felt otherworldly, something I’ve tried to capture in the video by slowing down the speed by various amounts at various points. Filmed and edited on my iPhone.
